The talk will be given by Dr. Bernard Winchester
Bernard is a retired lecturer with a particular interest in local history and railways.
He speaks at U3A’s, Probus and Croydon Astronomical Society. The Columbian Exposition was also known as the “Chicago World Fair” held in Chicago to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the arrival of Christopher Columbus.
