“Notorious Soho”
At the September meeting, Geoff will introduce us to some of the “highs and lows” in the history of “Notorious Soho”.
Geoff spent his professional life in the building industry. He was involved with many projects in the City of London and in the London docks, in the days when they were working docks and not the sites of high-rise office buildings. On retirement, Geoff decided to study the history of our great capital city. As a member of Fetcham U3A, Geoff has given several talks on London’s history and he has led many groups on visits to explore our capital city.
